We are looking for both males and females, of all skin types!! Patients selected will get 40% off their treatment plan.
* Treatments are done at Luminary MD in Mission Viejo, CA
* Must Allow fully uncensored before and after photos, as well as videos to be used
* Must Agree to Full Treatment Plan put together by our Physician
* Please send a photo of your Scar or Stretch Marks with no products on, in natural, direct lighting (in front of the window is the best) to staff@luminarymd.com. Your can also DM us on Instagram @Luminary_MD

Once evaluated we will let you know if you are a good candidate for a model or not, what the cost of the treatment would be and how to proceed. Responses will be sent only to those who are being considered, within 1-2 weeks.
